January 21st, 2012

This word is of course easy to say and remember, but to run it very difficult. Who would dare to say easy, it is rarely encountered, and almost nonexistent. Yes, patience is hard to follow, as a human being who has emotions as a gift from the Almighty creator, certainly not easy for us to be able to do. Emotions we have, as we do not deserve to make the call as a one patient. Because the temptations and trials that test our patience.

Know the meaning of the above patient, seems to be very comfortable and peaceful when we become a patient. So, is there a way to become a patient? To say the way, maybe what I write below do not meet those standards, but would be more fitting if we call these tips / tricks to become a patient.

1. Frequent smile

If you are in a state of emotional tension burns, heart felt crowded and congested chest stifling his anger, then smiled! Nothing is more heart drug more potent than a smile. Due to smile more closely than his handshake, a smile can be a heart full of anger cooling, melt the frozen atmosphere. Smile is contagious and will make a happy environment. With the usual start to smile at anyone with a sincere, God willing that we feel a heavy burden can be reduced, anger decreases, more intimate atmosphere, so we are more calm in the face of problems and can solve it easily.

2. Divert attention

Have problems that make us dizzy thinking about it, is indeed heavy. Moreover, the problem was to make us uncomfortable eating and insomnia, must have been excruciating. Well, what if the problem is to cause you some discomfort as it keeps you Think? Your concentrations are only focused on the issue and eventually forget about the other affairs. In my opinion, the key is facing severe problems with forgetting the problem itself. Forgetting here does not mean we are indifferent to the problem, but trying not to focus too much on the issue. Divert your attention by looking for a different atmosphere, entertainment or other activities, will make the hearts and minds we are more lightly.

One way that many of the women’s choice to balance between career and the role of the household is to do work from home. Benefits to be gained include more flexible working time, and proximity to family. Weaknesses, one challenge is the lack of professionalism that is often encountered in the office. In fact, although you can set your own work time, you have to stay focused throughout the day to meet deadlines. To be successful working at home, here’s what you should do:

Creating borders

While working at home, make the boundaries between work and personal life. It is very important to help you better concentration while doing the job. If possible, try to make a special workspace to avoid unwanted interference.

Take advantage of working time

Even working at home, does not mean you can work freely. Create a definite working hours; although the hours worked you will not be at 09:00 to 17:00, except if your work schedule is determined by the client or your boss. Most people have their own time which makes him the most productive and more focused work. Learn productive hours, and use these hours to the maximum.

Appreciate working time

If you work in an office, family and friends you automatically know your work schedule. However, when you work at home, friends and family often assume you’re not busy, then “disturb” you at certain moments, such as asking you to take care of chores at home such as air conditioner repairmen to wait, or buy some materials household needs. We recommend that you finish all your homework before you start working professionally. Remember, just because you work from home, it does not mean the work or you’re working hours can be broken arbitrarily.

Take time off

You can not constantly staring at the computer for hours, either at home or at work. When you sit in one place for hours, the body becomes tired and you will no longer focus on the job. Do not forget to take time off, because it will make you come back refreshed and ready to work again. With rest, you will not only become more focused, relaxed and happy, but also more productive in their work.
